Membership terms

These terms govern membership of the AfriAgentic network operated by AfriAgentic.AI Limited ("AfriAgentic", "we", "us"). By applying for membership you agree to these terms.

1. Applications

Membership is granted at AfriAgentic's discretion following review of your application. We may request additional information, approve, or decline an application. Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.

2. Membership categories

Each membership category has its own eligibility criteria. AfriAgentic may update categories, eligibility and benefits from time to time, and may ask members to move to a more appropriate category.

3. Fees

Any membership fees or payment requirements will be communicated clearly before they apply to you. No fees apply unless and until you are notified and agree to them.

4. Conduct

• Act with integrity and respect towards other members and partners.
• Do not misrepresent your membership, credentials or affiliation.
• Use your membership card and ID only for yourself or your organisation.

5. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end a membership that breaches these terms. You may end your membership at any time by contacting the membership team.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to members.
